VanHurt is a commercial consultancy specialising in advisory and operational support for corporate clients managing complex international business. We are execution-led. Our clients are mid-market corporate entities operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Most consultancies sell frameworks. We sell movement. The agreements that close. The relationships that hold under pressure. The documentation that survives professional scrutiny. The operational discipline that turns intent into delivery.

We do not provide regulated financial, investment, or money transmission services. We support the commercial and operational discipline that real engagements require, and we hold ourselves to the standard of being useful by Tuesday morning, not impressive in a deck.

We work with a deliberately small number of clients each quarter. The economics of execution-led work mean we cannot be everywhere. We choose the engagements where our discipline genuinely changes the outcome.
